“My husband bought my ring from this store over 5 years ago and not only was the service great then, but, they continue to give fantastic service.Due to Covid, I got out of the habit of taking my ring in every 6 months (as per my protection plan) and I recently lost a diamond in my ring, they honoured the protection plan this time around and gave me notice I need to continue to come every 6 months to continue to receive my complimentary lost diamonds/cleanings when something happens to my ring.As a busy mum, I really appreciate the kindness and this store has been nothing but lovely.Thank you!!”

“This is a shopping mall in Kelowna. There are two parts to it. However, the two parts of the mall is not connected. I have been here a couple of times to head to CIBC. You will find here Bestbuy, London Drugs, Hudson Bay, Shoppers and etc. The mall is quite big and let's just say they have a good selection of stores here. It is an indoor mall with plenty of free parking. They also have a pretty big food court.”
