Shortly after, he called me back to let me know that after doing some research, it would actually save me time, money, and hassle to have a locksmith take a look instead. He even went the extra step of finding a reliable locksmith who could come the same day and fix the issue. At the end of the day, Marco didn’t get the business, but he put my best interests first—and that says a lot about his honesty and integrity. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I’ll absolutely be calling him in the future if I ever have any car troubles.”
