“I didn’t end up needing Marco’s services this time, but his integrity deserves recognition. I called him on the weekend when my car wouldn’t start, and he was willing to come out within the hour. Shortly after, he called me back to let me know that after doing some research, it would actually save me time, money, and hassle to have a locksmith take a look instead. He even went the extra step of finding a reliable locksmith who could come the same day and fix the issue. At the end of the day, Marco didn’t get the business, but he put my best interests first—and that says a lot about his honesty and integrity. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. I’ll absolutely be calling him in the future if I ever have any car troubles.”

“My Toyota Tacoma was chewing through brakes every 25,000 km. (Has 465,000k)😎They actually suggested DIY options first, no pressure. Then when I had them do it, they replaced brakes front and rear, installed tires, did the alignment, ball joints, front wheel bearing, and the e-brake cable. About 4,500 bucks and worth every penny. Truck drives better than in years. Honest, quality work, people who genuinely care. Highly recommended Symons tire!”

He was friendly, patient and his communication was perfect. Almost 3 hours later I made the 1 hour drive to mission and it was worth it to make the drive out of town. He kept his promise did not change anything or play any games and he's a genuine good sales person.
