The counter/sales staff said they were sorry but they could not accommodate an immediate service job.However, the jeweler noticed my predicament, and said that he would take a look right away. He had to replace not one, but two batteries, and did the work as fast as he could. He even asked the counter/sales staff to start printing the invoice (before he had even finished the replacement) so that I could be out of the store as fast as possible.Thank you very much for the quick service. It was really important to me and you guys came through.”
