“On a 2400 mile trip from Washington to Alaska and on day 2 I pulled off into a turn-out to fast and hit a gigantic pothole. Hit so hard my steering wheel sat at 1 o'clock and the truck drove terrible with bad vibrations. 250 miles later there was already visible abnormal tire wear. No way i could make it another 2k miles like this without destroying my front tires. Tried 10 different tire shops across a 200 mile span and nobody could help. Desperate at the last minute JTA 4x4 squeezed me in early morning for an alignment. Not only did they take their time and do it right, but the truck hasn't driven this straight in years. Price was reasonable like any other alignment job in the US and Canada. Appeared to be using high end equipment and a Snap-On alignment rack. Great staff, all very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They were honest and transparent and got me back on the road in time for my next destination. Cant thank them enough. Highly recommend for quality honest work!”

I booked a motel and started calling local diesel mechanics, only to learn that everybody was booked out more than a week. However, through the goodness of his heart, Marcus decided to work late, and fit me in to his busy service schedule. He did excellent work, and got the job done by the end of the day that I called.
