Waited 3+ hours and still counting to be seen! Why call it an “urgent care” when there is no sense of urgency. Faulty booking system, no communication, and slow AF! First time with Hoag and the last time. Un-freaking-believable.

Hoag Aliso Viejo did not send my husband’s PCR test results in a timely manner and sent only the first page of his results. This caused his care to be delayed and I had to do all the legwork. I do not recommend this urgent care. My husband symptoms worsen as we wait and wait for the Regeneron.

Had an appointment at 5:05 pm wasn’t seen until an hour after the appointment time. Spoke to about three different people and told them the same information. Little to no communication between doctors/ staff.
