She take time to answer questions and able to multi task to be able to deliver results not just in time but even ahead of due dates. The process of my refinance was not smooth sailing but Ms. Vasco's service recovery has really made me relax during the process. Ms. Maristel Vasco is a true gem in your company. Kudos to CNB for having a highly competent relationship manager.”

She had to deal with the legal department on the phone for document approval, and had to get her manager to approve other things, and I was very impressed with how she stayed on task until she was able to close several accounts and hand me cashier's checks.”

“Given the fact that this branch is understaffed, it's still a great place to bank. The staff here tries their hardest to help and keep the customer happy. There is only so much management can do when it comes to staffing. People that complain here, complain because they don't get their way. At the end of the day I see everyone trying to move the line. They have ATMs, so if you don't have time to stand in line use them. Stop being rude to the staff, and appreciate that they go to work everyday to serve you. Treat people how you want to be treated and how you would want people to treat your loved one.”

The tellers are courteous and helpful.I love that I can do mobile deposits via my cell phone and set up all the services I need on their website. I only wish I could use my cash-back balance. “Came here to help my mom deal with the accounts that my mom and dad had together. The banker my mom had been dealing with over the the past few years was pretty awesome. I was weary when we walked in and was waiting to bombarded with "special deals" or other things to move her money into. Instead, Joe Cortez was super helpful. There was lots going on in the bank but Joe was very professional and took his time helping my mom. He explained things thoroughly to my mom and was just super patient. “Called ahead of time to see if this location was open due to the pandemic as all banks are not open. They were open for banking. There customer service here is beyond excellent!!!! Plenty parking , all safety protocols are in place. Only down fall is if there is a line there is no shelter in case weather changes.”
