Please don’t be discouraged by the tainted reviews by two members that are affiliated with one that was shoplifting, and the other that was taken away by the police that was claiming an ADA violation… Always two sides of the story. The gentleman that owns the shop is a true gentleman, and treats everyone with respect (law abiding)- I am frustrated that Google allows people to review this business, that our shoplifters and break the law and tell wild stories… (cowards behind a keyboard ) This is a wonderful business, and I highly recommend!”

“I had a child a year ago and I was very nervous to come in and try on jeans for the first time in a year. I grabbed a variety of sizes and when I tried them on I realized none of them fit me. To my surprise, the fitting rooms now have a tablet that shows what you have and you can request different sizes. I requested other sizes and the worker brought them to me quickly, she was wonderful! If it weren’t for the tablet and worker I would’ve just given up, left, and I would have been upset. I had one of the best experiences at this store so far!”

“I needed an outfit for a western wear party in a short period of time. I found a wash "n" wear blouse in red with embroidery and a rose embroidered belt that looked great. I had to return to the store to get the belt cut down. The owner took great care to do that for me. The outfit was fantastic with black jeans, black hat and boots.”

“Super friendly, family owned long time Vallejo store. This store has something for all ages. I go there to buy for my grandkids, my adult sons & myself. I even get beanies for my 91 yr old mom. They have good selection of clothes for everyone. The prices are reasonable for the value. I just called to see if they have 49er hoodies & they do. I'm headed there now to buy 4 of them for an evening in The City this afternoon. This store is gem! #supportVallejosmallbusiness”

“This Old Navy at THIS LOCATION is one of my very favorite places to shop in this area. More than all the other Old Navy's in the East Bay. This is my first go-to for clothes. Well stocked, well defined areas for kids, women, men, accessories etc. Their brand and styles are great, but not too "out there" or boring. I would say clothes are fun and practical. Value is important - Old Navy clothes wear and wash well...but the time they wear out, the style is out of trend anyway. Clean, bright, safe and no crime worries. Not hectic like at Veranda. Always the best customer service here!”

“Such a lifesaver! I made an error and didn’t print enough shirts for a group event through an online t-shirt printing vendor, so I started scrounging the internet and calling every local business. The only person who answered my call, and could reasonably accommodate my request, was Kelley here at Skillz Recognize Skillz - the turnaround time was within an hour and a half! Just because it was a rush order doesn’t mean it looks rushed either- great quality! I highly recommend this business and will remain a customer from here on out.”

“Came by the other day and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of things in this small store, and the wonderful service. The woman who was there that day helped us find different belt sizes, and let me try on boots. She was very kind and welcoming. Good prices, and amazing quality, quantity, and variety of items. From footwear, jewelry, figures, cooking supplies, clothing, ponchos, hats, belts, workwear, ceramics and so much more. I attached some photos of what was there that day. “This is an old school tailor. He was very upfront and frank regarding my request, which I can respect. I walked in with 3 weeks to make a suit for a wedding. I am a LARGE guy but this gentleman pulled it off. He even made special suspenders for me, ensuring the suit looked perfect for me. He work really hard to make it work and he delivered on time. It was not cheap, but I appreciate him going above and beyond! Thanks to his long time assistant Susie as well. Great team!”

“Nice manager with great customer service. I bought a bunch of stuff online in June, unfortunately these items didn't fit me because I lost a lot of weight post op. This was all unexpected and the time to return them had passed -- I couldn't make it in store because I've been recovering from a transplant surgery. I didn't ask for her name, but the store manager was super helpful and understanding. I wish I could've bought some items in store to add to her quota but the items I wanted were only available online.”

“I visit this store almost on a weekly basis to pick up my niece, so thought I could give it a review. It's located on the upper floor, right behind the elevator so the location is very convenient. Collection and style: a few years ago, it was a great choice, but now the items look too similar and are too expensive, especially when there is Uniqlo in the same mall where you can find much higher quality clothes for a more affordable price. Services: The store itself is clean and well-kept, and the employees are nice. I notice a lot of students working part-time throughout the summer, so they may have missed or misunderstood your question. As long as they're willing to check and get back to us, I'm fine with that. I only go here if I can't find what I'm searching for elsewhere, and that's generally jeans. One thing to keep in mind: Don't use curbside pickup (or at least right now). Their system does not handle it very well. I used it once and had to walk to the store after waiting 30 minutes for a curbside, so I know how slow their system is. No one called to let me know that they missed the order when it appeared on the system.”

“Love this uniform company. The owners and staff are friendly and the quality of work is top notch! They don't have any minimums so order 1 or 100! I always get my chef jackets embroidered. You can even bring in your order jacket. They have a large selection of uniforms for the restaurant biz.”
