I’ve been a patient for a couple of years now, and I have to say that I’m very pleased and happy with my experience here both with my doctors, therapists and with the staff especially Claudia in BH she is amazing, she’s really great!

I saw Dr Jorge De Leon today this Dr knows his stuff!! I have received Chiropractic care a lot of my life! Will give a more detailed review after a few more visits!!! Dr Jorge De Leon is a wonderful Chiropractor!!!!

Bloomington Wellness Center has been wonderful to me. I have had good experience in the Medical and in the Psychiatry department! Claudia is an awesome caring person, I really felt helped for whatever questions I had. Dr.Brewah is a wonderful Doctor, I feel comfortable getting treated by her
