Best sauces in the world. My favorite is the basic and garlic. I can taste how they use ripened tomatoes, and the garlic is in giant chunks. I put this sauce in everything.... spaghetti, on my eggs, on toast. I have 4 jars in my pantry at all times.

I lived in Weitchpec about 10 years ago when Weitchpec Sauce was made in Weitchpec. I just passed through Trinidad a couple weeks ago and found the Humboldt Green on a shelf at Murphy's. Welcome back to my kitchen, Weitchpec Sauce!!!
