“I went there and waited because a appointment wasn't available . I brought a trust with a power of attorney for them to copy they said I had to fill out their power of attorney to use their services. I filled out the paperwork got a call a week later saying I would have to get 2 doctors written statement about my relatives health incapacity to validate their power of attorney. My relative's is in hospice with dementia to get their objectives accomplished would put my relative thru consider discomfort and pain and I will not put them thru that. This whole process was started because a stock broker of theirs said he was assigned to the account and wanted to discuss strategies with me. I have been handling the account for nearly 2 years and have done fairly well and now they want to advise me?
