Delta Community Services, Inc. (DCS) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and a state of California licensed #3440 agency. DCS was formed in 1975 with the general goal of creating community services for underserved families and individuals in Far East Contra Costa County. DCS supports people in need in Brentwood, Bethel island, Byron, Knightsen, Oakley, and discovery Bay.
DCS is primarily volunteer-based.
