The manager should be ashamed of himself. This location scammed me out of $70. I rented a generator that did NOT work the day of my event. I lost money. They would not refund my rental fee. Manager named Alex is rude.

Objectively this home Depot is fine, but in comparison to some other home Depot stores, it's a bit lacking. Very unorganized (many items in the wrong place) and has a smaller variety. Sales associates were friendly and tried to be helpful, but weren't quite as knowledgeable as the ones at some other home Depot stores.

Nearly always enjoy my visits to the Burbank Home Depot.... The associates are courteous and willing to help as much as they can... The store appears orderly and well stocked most all of the time. Despite the bygone days of the corner 'hardware store' and how everyone knew you, this is now the next best thing!
