“Dr Matossian and her staff are always quick and responsive to my health care needs, quick to cut referrals when needed and take all the time necessary to answer questions and address concerns during visits. Dr Matossian is very experienced and a great listener. I also trust her PA and NP when she is unavailable as they are also very experienced and caring. The inter office communications are excellent so everyone knows what is happening in the process of acquiring services.”

She treats me with respect, really listens to me and explains everything in layman's terms. Once, she was so concerned about me, that she called me at home. I am so grateful for her. I read the comment with 2 stars from Ness A., and yes, Dr. Grove does not answer those messages, but I just call the office now, and they give her the message personally. I don't understand why that person didn't just call the office? Please don't take her comments to heart. It's interesting that everyone else gives Dr. Grove 5 stars.”
