Worked with Becky on creating custom keychains. Recently received our order and they turned out perfectly. Our first sample didn't look as we had hoped, and Becky worked with the production team to make the design exactly how we wanted.

My Charm project has taken almost 9 months and it's still not complete. No response from the reps (I've had two different reps, once ghosted me) for weeks. They altered my design and it was incorrect for months before I figured out they changed the design on their end.
