I had a loss prevention officer following me around for no reason. Then I put my jacket in my bag and he thought I was stealing something. Not to mention I'm a f****** secret shopper, so they'lre review that time was not so great

Eh. Functional as exactly what it is, but in two thirds of the store is quite literally under glass..and it's pretty much impossible to get someone to open a case to get items. Hell, even the craft stores don't keep strings of beads and three dollar pliers in security cases. Also, what a way to be greeted.

I went in the evening and the young people stocking the shelves were very helpful. they stopped what they were doing immediately to get the appropriate person to help me get into a glass case in the automotive section
