I would not recommend living here. The apartments are very old, filled with cockroaches, and overpriced.

horrible horrible management & no care for us . We need a lot of help because we have 5 kids. They never return our calls or help.

Place is nasty to live doesn't take care of the roaches the pic are all fake I lived there for 4 years worst place I ever stayed

Enjoy outdoor activities Folsom Lake and the American River Recreation areas have to offer.
