“I went in to get an AC recharge and when I pulled away, it was not blowing cold as I expected. Called him and he immediately asked me to come back in so he could double check it. He spent another hour and a half stayed late after hours and made sure everything was done right. Excellent customer service and felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Really appreciate an honest Mechanic. He could’ve made an excuse and sent me away, but he kept at it until it was just right.”

“I got a nail in one of my tires and needed to get it fixed quickly I called ahead to see if they had availability , the manager Mr. Andre (THE ABSOLUTE BEST) picked up the phone and you can just tell that he LOVES HIS JOB! I had expressed my concern about the nail in my tire and he told me to come right on in and they would be able to take a look at it and let me know what my next step was ! When arriving everyone was so nice and very helpful. Mr.Andre remembered me from the call and they helped us right away. I would 100% recommend getting any work done there , they are not only kind but trustworthy . Thank you guys for being so sweet will 100% come back !”

I was provided with a quote and possibilities of other damage this incident could have caused. Service was completed in one day, communication was perfect. “Folks this is one of the best places to take your vehicle for repair I took my truck to Diaz because my – lights went out as well as my blinkers the gentleman had it for a couple days and fixed it I was very happy so me and my wife went and had lunch at Fairmount Park in Riverside California got in my truck to leave and it wouldn't start it was like there was no engine in it so I called they come down give me a jump my truck starts they told me to take it back to their Shopko going to trace it down and fix it for free I got down there they had it fixed within 10 what an excellent experience I had with these guys I highly recommend this place and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else customer service is excellent ? as well as the service overall these guys deserve a hundred percent!!???✅✅✅”

My transmission had a leak and he recommended alternatives to not overspend on unnecessary components and informed me on parts that were also looking faulty. “I was just across the freeway when one of the tires on my trailer blew due to the construction on the offramp ( but that’s a totally different story) CJ is just happened to be the closest place to where I was before. I got back on the road. So I called him ahead of time to let him know what I needed and see if he had the tire. He did and said to give him a call when I get a couple of blocks from his shop. I did and he directed me to come in from the north side pull through the alley and park right up against the fence. It was kind of in the way of anyone was coming down the ally but they were faster than Mario Andretti‘s pit crew changing the tire…. I was absolutely blown away. Didn’t charge an arm and a leg , plus we’re just really cool guys. I was back on the road in less than a half an hour.”
