For being a 2 man team they do a reasonably great turnaround time and they are so helpful in helping me n my family when we are in a pinch for money they've definitely helped in hard times and trusted us to come back and pay them. “We had some issues with our generator. A few technicians tried to solve the issue but were unable to. We needed to take the 5th wheel on a few trips we had planned, so Fernando in service came out and spent 2 hours working on it. He figured it out, and it has been working. Fernando is very kind and takes the time to explain things to the customer. He went above and beyond to make sure we could go out camping. He saved the day. We appreciate the extra mile, and I want to give a special thanks to him. Jonathon in service has been our representative. He is great. He keeps us informed of the progress of our trailer and follows through to help us. We appreciate his assistance.”
