“This bookstore is super cute. They have best sellers, classics, niche books, and all sorts of unique and beautiful gifts. They have art supplies and journal items, toys, children's books, coloring books and lamps, scarves, and jewelry. The ladies that work there are very helpful and sweet. My whole family loves this store.”

131 S Washington St, Sonora“Very interesting and unique book/antique/ice cream/beer locations. A huge variety of materials and upstairs and a massive number of books down stairs. Cool mine themed areas in the lower part of the store show the history of the area and add to the cozy atmosphere. Top it off with some tasty ice cream and a beer is you like and it is definitely a place to visit while in Sonora. Parking can be a bit challenging but plenty of public spots off the main road and short walk to this spot. Very recommended if you are in the area.”

416 Main St, Murphys“What an adorable bookstore!! The owner was so helpful and I had a great conversation with her about fantasy books (a genre that is pretty unique)! She recommended a book to me that I bought and I was able to snag a few others. I wish I could have sat there by that fireplace forever and read my books lol. It was a great find and I will definitely come back here every time we come up here for vacation!”
“Fascinating chance to see the 2nd oldest building in Sonora and mining history. The shop sells antiques and books. There is an antique bar with drinks and ice cream upstairs. Having ice cream with the kids at the bar is fun!”

“This was a quaint little place, with lots of small souvenirs like postcards and other knickknacks. It also had lots of wall hangings, and some other random stuff like flashlights and tree growing kits.”
“Beautiful bookstore with some interesting toys, games and other little interesting items. The proprietor is a very friendly and knowledgeable man. His wife is an author and her books covering local history are available in the store, which I thought was pretty neat. We spent a good amount of time in the store perusing books and found a couple books of story collections with beautiful binding to buy and bring home.”
