No on-site manager noticed pests like roaches upon visiting. Maintenance room in a disarray. No parking, busy street.

They are okay..quiet and elderly living. Nice convenient close to all shopping areas. But.....however the manager Patricia seems to take advantage of the elderly. She makes her own rules when its owned by Housing authority.
