“We tried light sugar and black sesame soy drink. They were smooth and thick in texture. They tasted good but with sugar, you can't appreciate the real soy taste. However if you are milk drinker, these may be friendlier to you. We also tried a block tofu and yes you can taste freshness and flavorful tofu. If you appreciate taste of no sugar added drink, I recommend Westsoy or Trader Joe's soy. They both taste great without any additive (also no sugar) and you definitely get more protein for your money. However getting soy here will support local business and you get fresh squeezed soy. Wherever you get your soy, it's always better than the milk from water contaminting cows. Just look up how much air and water pollution cows are contributing.”

When I got it, it was alarming how small they were, but after I shucked and served them w a homemade wasabi cocktail sauce, they were quite good. 12/14 have their liquor retain in them. They were at $2.67 each, I got them un shucked, because I want to retain those good liquor on the way home. Probably would not get this variety again as they were so small.”

Right off the bat the Manager Arturo came to assist with the questions I had. He also gave great advice for me on a routine when to take each supplements. I used to visit quite a bit when I was in high school, on a diet for sports, and going to Stanford for healthcare. during that time my mom saw the CEO of Apple buying fish and we had a really interesting takeout meal with this older lady who invited herself to eat with us and told the story of how she used to be a doctor and how her son went to Yale. amusing experiences aside, the product selection and quality is pretty good here due to the zipcode/clientele. it's like the sort of place techies in arc'teryx jackets buy urban remedy dinners. always entertained to return. good food, unique ambiance”

“There is a woman at this location who's name is Kim. I think she's the manager. I can't say enough good things about my experience with her. She took the time to find the exact product I was looking for and even gave me tips on how to save money on this item going forward. She was AH-MA-ZING. I could just tell that she genuinely cared about her job and her customers. All the other GNC's just have rude and careless teenage boys working the counter. Kim was certainly a sweet surprise. She was even modest about me leaving a review. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!! She wasn't just doing her job. She clearly cared enough about what I was looking for enough to track down the specific protein I needed and then suggested budget-friendly ways that I can save on my supplements going forward.
