I paid for “the works,” the most expensive option, but when they returned the car the exterior still had dirt and bird poop on it and the interior didn’t look like it was vacuumed nor wiped down. Waste of money. Additionally, they didn’t add a scent, as requested

Excellent customer service. They hand dry at the end with microfiber towels. Only downside is that the hardware is dirty. The mechanical system has a buildup of residue, but it's still by far my favorite spot. Never had any issues. I take both my cars once a week or every other week. 4.5 ?
