This billing department is a joke they're not only uncooperative but nasty they keep billing me I've paid them all I'm going to pay them so my equipment didn't work from the beginning new equipment still didn't work I keep paying them I am never paying them another dime

Horrible customer service! I have been trying to get my CPAP supplies now going on 8 months. Totally fed up. It seems customer service reps are incapable of changing the records to reflect a new physician and a new delivery address despite repeated phone calls. Unbelievable.
