“I visited ESW because of a neighbor and also to see their store after all those years of radio ads. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my wife and I were able to zero in on the correct mattress - with the help of Steven whose years in the business enables him to look at your body features to determine the best mattress for you. We had a split King (Double XL Twin) as my wife and I determined our comfort levels were not the same. The sale promises and delivery was perfectly executed to our home in Fairfield. My wife got a "topper" right off while I felt I was good without one. After her talking about how good the topper was, I tried it a couple of nights - and she was right. I called Steven and he sent it UPS right away. Very pleased with the service and the mattresses.”

We ended up with a mattress that we were really happy with, and the post-purchase support has been great as well. Delivery was faster than expected. “A few words about Luke, the salesperson we worked with at ANA. On the internet, we found some end tables we thought would match a bed we had bought elsewhere. Luke was able to verify that it would, and sent us pictures to reassure us. Since we live 60 miles away, and delivery would have been prohibitively expensive, we wanted to make sure the tables were moved to the showroom from the warehouse before we travelled there. Once again, Luke double checked before we drove in. Once there, Luke obliged us when we asked to open the box to make sure the pieces were undamaged. Sadly, one of them had been crunched on an edge despite considerable packing. Luke offered us a floor model as a replacement and gave us a considerable discount. He even helped us put the tables in the car. We rarely have encountered such a careful and considerate salesperson. The showroom is spacious and well laid out, if a bit bare bones. Prospective clients are advised to call ahead and make sure you know how to get into the parking lot, which is gated at the end of a dead end street. Street parking is difficult. Prices are competitive. We were stuck by how the same pieces at other stores are marked up higher than at ANA. Overall, ANA is well worth a trip downtown.”

“Ask for Andreas! I had a great experience at the Mattress Firm at Van Ness and California. We got a great deal with complimentary pillows and 0% financing. There was a great selection of mattresses to try at a variety of price points. Andreas was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He gave us lots of space to try the beds and talk on our own, he understood our needs, and he did not push us in anyway. I definitely recommend shopping here. If you are on a tight budget, request information on purchasing a returned mattress. Delivery to your door is free, or pay $99 for them to place the mattress, and they will haul away the old one, too.”

“My husband and I have been searching for a new bed frame online for quite sometime, but I'm so happy that we decided to go in-person instead! Upon arriving to Mancini's in Pinole, Jerome kindly greeted us and assisted us with all of our needs! He made sure to ask us questions that later helped us find what we were looking for. Originally, we wanted a bed frame with a fabric headboard. Unfortunately, when Jerome checked online for us, the item was out of stock and unavailable for our bed size. However, he was super detail-oriented and inquired more about what we were looking for, while also providing us with some cost efficient options. After taking a look at the recommended bed frame, we were still hesitant. However, Jerome gave us a moment to discuss amongst ourselves and let us take a look at the product further which really kept us at ease. In the end, we decided to go with Jerome's recommendation and purchase the bed frame! We really appreciate how Jerome took the time to demonstrate the quality of each product, provided us with the best discounts, and created a relaxed and friendly environment. We are extremely excited to receive our bed frame and cannot wait! “Oh, I love my couch!! I found this place on accident because I missed the bus and boy am I so happy that I did. I've been looking for an affordable couch that would fit into my studio for years. One that has a chaise lounge that opens for storage. Not only did they have the perfect size and color but It also opened up on the other end into more cushions for a bed. I went in a few times with all my questions, and found out they were family owned. Talked to the owner and his son and they were both so genuinely kind and accommodating. “Dimensional outlet furniture has cut rate prices. They were supposed to deliver a bed frame for me today but it wasn't in yet. They said they will probably come tomorrow and I'll get it Saturday or Sunday. I don't mind because I have good furniture at a good price. They assembled the furniture and took away all of the cardboard wrapping. I gave it a four because their selection is a teeny bit limited.”
