“Truckers! Pay attention. The entrance is on Patterson. If you follow Google maps, it'll take you OFF OF PATTERSON and into a residential area where we're not allowed with trucks. Other than that, it's smooth as silk once you get into the place.”

“Went to the competitor and workers were just standing around and talking. I went all over the building and no one ever asked if needed help nor good afternoon. Here I had about 3 or 4 workers asking if I needed help since I entered the store I was well greeted. Keep up your great customer service. I will avoid going to the orange logo store. Unless I need a special part but I'll rather order online.”

“I don't do many reviews, but I had to put my two cents in about this place. I had never heard of this place until yesterday. I was extremely impressed with the workers there. both young men were very helpful, but Jose went out of his way to research an old part that i needed. I thank him for his patience with me. I was about to pull my hair out. Thanks to Jose, I got the job done. I recommend this place for sure. I wish there were more business's with helpful people.”

“The store is always clean and well stocked for almost everything. I come here frequently, and I always wish I had a bigger vehicle, lol. Customer service is OK, I get the impression they aren't paid that well or treated that well? You have to do self check out unless you are in the garden section. It's close to my house and Home Depot is much further away. This is next to Costco and I feel perfectly safe in the parking lot compared to some other places.”

“I hope this review gets taken seriously for l am a manager myself at my workplace. For one, I love coming here with my husband for shopping, employees are super nice and always greet us but, on days when I just want to be left alone, I use self check out, it has the word self in it for a reason. I know the workers want to be helpful and do their job but I do self checkout for a reason, I don't want to be hovered and be asked questions when I'm ringing my stuff up. Also, l've recently came by and over heard a rude employee, maybe a supervisor? I think her apron read Deb for Debbie, But that is just absolutely wrong to be rude to your own employees. Hopefully they talk to her about her attitude!! ????”

“Home Depot delivery of my dishwasher showed up on time. Henry the technician who installed the dishwasher came with two other guys, one from El Salvador and the other one from Brooklyn, New York. They were courteous and pleasant to work with. Henry had a very nice surprised for me. Since I didn't opted for installation, which was for $180, and $50 bucks for hauling my broken dishwasher, he offered to installed and haul my old dishwasher as a compliment of Riverbank, Home Depot. This even included the new hoses and the air gap. Being retired and with the bad economy that was big blessing and was so delighted that I almost feel like hugging Henry. For gratuity I gave them a fair tip not much but enough for a nice lunch for all 3 of them. Those guys and Home Depot Riverbank made my day blessed. Thank you.”
