“This is probably my favorite Harbor Freight in the area. Not only is everything tidy and organized, the staff is so amazing that they might be on a motivational drug. The half a dozen times I've been there, DaMondrick knew the store and procedures like a vet (New store pain doesn't exist here). As detailed and quick as he is, I thought they might have a good management team. It turns out, he is a manager and leads by great example. Special shout out to Carlos who went out of his way to find me in line to get the parts that I thought was sold out.”
“Today, May 26th, I spoke with an employee named Joseph. He assisted me very kindly and explained the process for ordering a replacement key for my 2018 Toyota Camry with great clarity. Afterward, I decided to visit the store in person to show him the old key I was currently using. He helped me expedite the process so I could receive my new key sooner—by placing the order online—and even helped me make a minor repair to my old key so that I could continue using it in the meantime, until the new one arrives. This young man performs his job exceptionally well; he is both very helpful and very polite. I was extremely pleased with this experience, as you rarely encounter people as wonderful as him.”

“Customer service was excellent. The clerk was very friendly very welcoming helpful attentive and pleasant. I took in the label from an old can and they whipped up a gallon of paint in 3 minutes. A little more expensive than I expected but their paint is superior to others. So it's worth it. They accept drop off of old paint cans and varnish as long as it has a label and is sealed.”
“Truckers! Pay attention. The entrance is on Patterson. If you follow Google maps, it'll take you OFF OF PATTERSON and into a residential area where we're not allowed with trucks. Other than that, it's smooth as silk once you get into the place.”

“Great selection on plants very diversified our go to place. Only issue ever that we had versus lows is at lows you show your id once and it’s put into the system your a veteran and you get a 10 percent discount. Over at Home-Depot it’s a chore but some clerks are able to other you just don’t ask. It’s embarrassing. Lol”
