“Been coming here since I was a teenager. I used this spot a lot to re-sell books, drop off packages etc. They had a discount for text books and students etc (still might). The Staff for the past 20+ years has always been friendly, courteous, reliable and hardworking. It's a small but cozy shop that works with most if not all shipping services. There is a small section for boxes, packing tape and supplies as well as a drop off zone for ready to ship packages.”

“Back on May 11 morning hours, I went to this location with my special needs son and the manager was extraordinarily professional and did a fabulous job taking his passport picture and helping with the mailing process. I visited many different branches prior to this one and selected this location because they were able to meet my expectations. I set-up the appointment the day before and the manager was 100% ready upon our arrival. I can't thank him enough. And by the way, we got the passport even sooner than we expected without any issues, so thanks for assisting us!”

“How could anyone not love this place? We've had a mailbox here for 7 years, and the service has always been beyond expectations. Friendly, with a smile, even during those darn lockdowns. We initially got the box because mailbox thieves were in our area. But once the guy was caught, we kept using it because it eliminated the risk of porch pirates at xmas. Further, we no longer had to worry when stuff we ordered was delivered on a different day than promised. It was safe, even if we were out of town! Prices are great, service is great, and they work hard to earn your business each and every day.”

“I cannot say enough about this particular UPS. The staff and owner, Jed are knowledgeable, helpful and always greet you with a smile. It doesn’t matter how busy the store is, it’s obvious every customer is important and treated as if they’re the only person in the store. I’m there frequently to check my mailbox, and often send a package to my granddaughter. I’ve never had anything but, friendly, caring and excellent service. I’m so fortunate to have THIS UPS nearby. I’ve gotten used to calling it “My UPS”.The only product I miss A LOT, are the wonderful greeting cards that they can no longer carry. “I needed to send a couple of birthday presents to my daughter at UCSB, but didn't have a box the right size and so I just took my gifts and the card in a shopping bag to the UPS store and I explained that it was for my kid's birthday in Isla Vista in five days. My clerk/Robin was smart, personable and efficient. She took care of everything and sent me on my way. An hour or so later she called twice before she got ahold of me to ask me whether I meant to include one of the receipts for one of the presents that I had left in the bag. Of course I told her 'no'. But I thought her calling and asking me was such a thoughtful thing to do. THAT is was I think of as great customer service.”

I had the most helpful staff member at that I've ever encountered at any UPS store. Her name is Stella. A name often acquainted with Marlon Brando's famous line "hey Stella"., Thanks to her kindness, I certainly will never forget how patience, helpful and wonderful Stella was correctly the mistake made by Whole Foods. Stella went to the effort of looking my returns up iand processing everything that she could at her location.
