“Today is the last day my son will attend La Petite in Folsom and our whole family is feeling such a mix of emotions.

We came to La Petite when our previous daycare told us that they were unable to provide care for our newborn due to not having enough staffing, so we decided to tour La Petite. From the moment we arrived Mindy was so amazing and welcoming. We told her about the issues we were experiencing and she was so helpful and empathetic. She set the tone for what would be the best experience we have had with childcare.

Our older child also needed a new daycare and they were easily able to accommodate both of them with no issue. The staff was respectful and communicative throughout the 4 years one or both of our children attended, but that's not what makes this place so special to us.

Each day when we brought our kiddos in, the entire staff greeted them with genuine excitement. We could tell they loved our kiddos and were taking such great care of them every day. Mindy and Chris truly became a part of our family for these last 4 years and we are so sad that our kiddos won't get to see them as often as before. Our oldest regularly would be jealous of her younger brother because she wanted to stay and be with Chris and Mindy when we dropped him off.

In this day and age it is so difficult to find a place where you feel your children are safe and being cared for by people who find joy in children and encourage them to be children and my wife and I were lucky enough to have found it with Chris and Mindy and their crew at La Petite.

“The school provides a very calm experience overall. It started with Ms Iona on the phone. I called from another continent and she welcomed me as if I was nextdoor and made everything smooth and easy for our family. Ms Aisheka I cannot thank you enough for your kind and understanding attitude- also loving, and as a mother I felt my child is emotionally safe with your professional expertise. Thank you everyone for making our fresh start in a new country very comfortable and thanks for making him feel loved. All of the children I met there were quite sociable and welcoming. This school has a huge yard, safely away from traffic, large staff, has organized events, will help with potty training and provides education, not just daycare. I had a large spreadsheet of things we were looking for as our home away from home for our child and they checked all of the boxes. We highly recommend them! Our experience was wonderful.”

“We absolutely love Guidepost! Our family has been part of this community for 4 years now between both of our daughters. Our oldest daughter thrived in their Spanish immersion program. Watching her learn to read in Spanish has been so rewarding - she was performing well above her peer level and entered kindergarten already ready for first grade. Now our youngest daughter has been in the class for some time too, and we're seeing the same great progress and love for learning.

What truly sets this school apart is the teachers. They don't just educate but they genuinely love and care for them as if they were their own family. They are completely dedicated and having two children go through the program has only reinforced how great the environment is.

The facility is consistently clean and safe, and we have complete trust in the staff. We feel totally comfortable knowing our kids are in great hands. The Montessori approach combined with Spanish immersion has given both our daughters such a strong foundation.

“We have been at Lexington Hills KC for a year now, after coming from a different daycare where we had a not so great experience. This center has made all the difference! Tara and Cierra are amazing. Tara goes above and beyond to make sure your little one is loved and comfortable. My 4 year old has a very strong personality and can be a handful. She is his favorite person ever. The center is always clean, they are always putting cute events together. The entry and lobby are always so cutely decorated. I’ve had kids in infants, twos, threes and preschool and everyone is fantastic. They get yummy meals, and snacks at no extra charge. Fresh fruit always at the door. 10/10 recommend Lexington Hills.”
