“Very helpful crew who was very personable and upfront with their pricing and what they were doing. New Years Eve and I found myself and my 3 kids with a flat tire (a screw flattened it) outside of skate town. A quick call and they answered and said they could help and they even stayed open a little later to help me out. I was able to drive to their shop (thanks to the random Russians In the parking lot For the foam and air compressor!) and they were able to plug the hole AND they changed out all the tires lug nuts (no thanks to Ford ). Very nice, reasonable prices and honest to goodness customer service. They really helped a mom out to drive back to Galt SAFELY and have a great NYE's With the family!!”

“When I heard my brakes grinding for the first time, I knew I took it too far. I headed straight to Les Schwab and they replaced the pads, calipers and rotors. The bill ruined my day but brakes are kind of important, so what are you going to do?
When a year later I started having a separate issue with my parking brake, I went back but it was an electrical issue so I went to the dealer. When it came back again I went back to the dealer who said the calipers leaked onto the parking brake so it wouldn't be under warranty.
I called Les Schwab and they squeezed me in but there was doubt I was under warranty because it had been over a year.
Daniel took care of my car Saturday. He found the leaking calipers and dispire confirming I was over the miles for their warranty, he found that the part itself had its own warranty. So he replaced all defective and affected parts free of charge! He also adjusted the calipers on the other side that had been compensating. Daniel doesnt know how much I needed that blessing right now.
Im grateful for the work, the effort to find a warranty and for the outstanding customer service I got today. The woman who helped me at pick up was the kind of joyous that spreads. Im grateful for both of them making my day a lot less stressful.”
