“I desperately needed tires. So I bought them online so that I could just come to the store and get them installed next day. When I got to the store I was told that they were still waiting on two of my tires. I informed them that it said they were both in stock when I bought them. They looked into it. Saw I was correct. They upgraded me to a better tire at no cost. It also only took 30 minutes. Would recommend them over and over again .”

“Typically very happy with americas tire and their service. But guess i have a little bad luck this week. They didnt have my tires in stock so i had to wait for them to come in. Had to come back another day because the tires came in so late. When i came in for my appointment to actually have my tires done it was a full hour and half before they pulled my car in. Then another hiccup with swollen lug nuts and nearly left missing a valve cap. Didnt leave happy but i got what i needed done and the service was ok. They should really have water for people in the lobby.”

“Came in for a tire rotation. Went online prior to set this appointment up, picked a 12:30 pm appointment. I pulled in at 12:24 pm and clicked on line that I was here. Waited a few minutes in my vehicle. At 12:29 I went in the store and went in the 'appointment' line. I stood there and waited until 12:40 or so. The associate then took my info, got my keys to look at my car. He came back minutes later saying it'll take 45 minutes for the service. Minutes later my car was taken into the bay. We were done at 1:05pm.”

“I regret not getting the guys' names but they both provided excellent customer service. I went there on 11/6/23 around 3pm. I was having an issue with a low tire pressure alert. My car was parked in my garage for 2 consecutive weeks. I came home to a dead battery and underinflated tires. I put some air back in all 4 tires, but the TPMS light persisted. I decided to head to America's Tire to see if they can help. The front desk guy came out to explain how the TPMS works in my car, provided a quick tutorial on how to recalibrate it, then offered to have the tires checked to ensure they were inflated correctly. I waited a few minutes for another tire technician to come out to check the tire inflation and the wear. Everything checked out positive and I was on my way and all at no charge! I had bought my tires at a different location and had the same excellent customer service. I was in this area because of work and had hoped I could get this resolved quickly and they delivered!”
