I had called various places but when I called here I communicated with Robert who was able to let me know the estimate of the damages no hidden fees and let me know there was a $500 off my deductible. It was my first time going through my insurance. It was so easy I dropped off my car and in 3 weeks got my car super clean and brand new! Easy process! I def would come back even if it s not through my insurance! Great honest work!”

“so this is my second time in the J&l for none warranty repairs first time was for a broken step After a short evaluation, it was determined best course would be to replace the electric step due to it being bent and the particular motor that burnt out I took my RV home that day to continue on a trip that I had planned upon my return. I had a message that my step had come in from the manufacturer if I could bring it out to them, they would install it within the hour The second time was for my big slide out on my class a that was out of square with a broken roller on One side and broken sensor at the bottom Again, they were able to get me in and out within 24 hours being that they had all the new parts in stock to do the repair A shout out to Joe Maritza and Jolene all three of them were great to deal with Big thank you to all of you”
