“Clean place and helpful staff. Little on the pricier side but you get what you pay for. A lot of 3rd party instructors use the facility for training because it's such a good place.”

“Matt and Mark are very helpful and friendly. I came in as a first time gun buyer with no prior knowledge about the process. They walked me through all the forms and what steps I needed to take to own a firearm. They also have a dog and are very dog friendly in the shop. Thank you for your patience and we loved Annie??”

“This review is based on the problem my M and P 9c. Take down lever was not staying down but instead flip back up. Brought it in and they fix it Turn around time about a week if I'm not mistaken. Now is much easier to dissemble firearm now that take down lever stays down.”

“Patient, non-intimidating experience. After going to a big store... And a couple of other vendors. I didn't realize how much of a nice experience ownership for arms could be so pleasant. I came here via Google Maps search. They just happened to be open and no traffic, so I drove down from L.A. The place is small. But the service & patience is big. The staff is nice. They have both personal and professional experience and personal thoughts to share without pressure. Originally thought I'd go simple. But wound up walking out with something much nicer. Didn't have to wait hours. Literally less than 5 min to get help. I'm a customer for life.”

“After going to several gun stores looking for a a Henry, it was either turners or rifle supply, turners customer service is beyond horrendous, treating you like you just killed their dog. Rifle supply's service is absolutely outstanding, offered me different options and suggestions. I am a loyal customer to Rifle Supply now, love doing business with y'all.”

“Came to take my gun safety test here on a random weekday around 6pm. Other places informed me it would be 37 dollars after tax but Lorenzo did it for $25. Lorenzo was easy to talk to and eager to help. I am Looking to purchase my first gun and he gave me a rundown of the different types of weapons I can look into.”

“Simple and short got a ar-10 had some problems with it, wasn't a complete build by them. Keep that in mind. Reached out they told me to bring it in, and I couldn't due to my busy schedule. They gave me some tips to try and fix the issue on my own. It only worked for one range day. Reached out again and they asked again if I could come on down and I was able to get down there. Super nice, took the time to go over what could be wrong, give me more insight on gun smithing. Let me sit in the office and told me if anything I wanted to see they would let me hold, all awhile they looked and made sure my ar-10 was fine tuned and good to go. You do have to contact them through email and they will call, kinda sucks but they are a small business and I understand. After the email they will call. Buy there products you will won't regret it.”

“I love this place! For starters, it's located in the coolest window-shopping areas around! You could literally come to the Orange Circle alone, with friends, kids, or a significant other, purchase nothing and still have enjoyed yourselves. There is ample parking if you locate the many public lots around town. The Orange Army Navy is the perfect place to shop for trendy and winter clothing, armed service memorabilia, camping essentials, and tons more. My boyfriend actually scored some attractive flannels from Carhart and Billabong that were reasonably priced and took away the "I hate shopping" feel many men experience elsewhere. A true gem of a place. Now, I need to save money for those cute overalls I saw and the pretty sweaters, too!”

“I've had no issues at all at this location. I've only dealt with the two main employees the woman and the man that I believe are married in their early 50's. They always have been nice to me, are FULLY versed in gun-laws (I saw a review on here that makes no sense based off my experience), and are pretty fair on prices. They don't bend much on the prices, like most pawn shops, but they aren't super outgoing friendly like some people may like, however they're nice enough and are serious as they should be. They remind me of people from the mid-west, people from California are d-bags and they aren't ones to talk about people being friendly or nice. But yeah, ignore the negative reviews, just because they're not trying to go over the moon with customer service doesn't mean they deserve a bad review.”

“My experience started with a dear friend offering to share his 40+ year experience with the Fowler Gun Room! What an amazing experience! Between my friend's knowledge & the guys at Fowler I was inundated with knowledge. Special thanks to my friend, Lonnie & Jason for all your help with my first firearm purchase! It was very educational & it is clear that this is an ongoing opportunity as a firearm owner. Thank you Fowler Gun Room!”

“Overall, a pretty good store. A really big (square footage) store. Reasonable prices if you wait and keep an eye out for their sales. For as large as the store is, it seems like the selection on firearms is a little small in this store. I haven't been to the other ones yet. But at Turners Outdoorsman (T/O) in Orange, even though the store size is less than half of this store, I feel like you actually have a better and more varied selection of firearms at T/O. Be sure to sign up for their internet ads to get the best sale prices available from Ammo Bros.. Be aware that some of their sales are on-line only and they will not honor the price as a walk-in to the store on the same items. I learned this the hard way. But if you put in, and pay for, an on-line order, it takes about a week. They will send you an email when your stuff is there, and you can go get it. Please bring your order number with you, they can't search by name. The people are kind of hit-or-miss. Some of them are really nice and engaging, others don't seem to care if you are there or not. Also, sometimes the answers to questions will be different depending on who you ask. But I do shop there and enjoy it. But due to the inventory, pricing differences and some of the people's attitudes, can't give them a 5-star rating. Well worth a stop if you are in the area to see what they have. I hope that this review is helpful to someone.”

“The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recently purchased a firearm and due to a name change, it makes the process more time consuming. The staff were very understanding and helpful.”
