“Just super happy I found Henry at Jacks German Auto Service.I have a 1974 Porsche 914 that you can imagine needs a ton of TLC to keep running well. I had taken the car to 4 different service shops throughout Orange County for various issues over several years, but none of them were able to permanently fix a persistent issues with the gear box. When I took the car to Henry he was able to fix the issue along with other repairs that it needed and it has never run better. We have a Porsche Macon, Audi and a VW in our household and will now be bringing all of them to Jacks German Auto Service. These guys are pro's!”

“This place is top notch for tire needs. I called and spoke to Efrain. Right off the bat, he was friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I needed wheels for my RV asap because I was going on a spontaneous trip with friends. Not all tires shops carry commercial tires but this place did. They are located right off the 405 fwy in Fountain Valley so it’s a super convenient location. He gave me a great deal and took care of it in record time. “We've been going to Allen Tire company for 17 years and we have never had an issue with either of my work vans or our personal vehicles. They are honest and trustworthy they've never tried to upsell us on anything except for maybe the road side hazard 3-year warranty which I've used a couple of times and it's great to get a new tire instead of just getting it plugged especially for the work vehicles. They had better pricing than Costco and some of the other tire places we looked at. We have done business with the Allen Tire in Santa Ana Costa Mesa and Fountain Valley and all three locations have been awesome. Highly recommend!”

“This place is incredible with service. I drove cross country from Atlanta, GA to California and was experiencing some brake screeching. I had my brakes and rotors repaired at a Firestone in Atlanta before driving out to California and was immediately concerned. I did an extensive Google search of different Firestone locations and saw this one was one of the few with over a 4.0 star rating. I can see why. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and they even took me back to see the car suspended and explained everything to me. They were concise and efficient without being condescending. They also were patient to make sure all my questions were answered before leaving the store. I am happy to make the drive from San Pedro (where I currently stay I'm California) to this location in Huntington Beach any day for this exceptional service!UPDATE: I still give this place 5 stars!I cannot say enough how appreciative I am of the team here. I live in San Pedro and would drive the 45 minutes to this location for any work I needed on my car. I trusted the team here that much. I drive a 2009 Hyundai Sonata with almost 200,000 miles and do smaller jobs on my car myself. As a female, it is easy to feel taken advantage of or talked down to by other mechanics who assume I know nothing about my vehicle. Not with the team at this Firestone location. They took the time to explain everything and even show me what was wrong with my car (I had a series of work done including changing a CV axel, Ball joint mounts, and upper control arms) to fix the suspension and get rid of creaking sounds and rocking while driving. They were receptive of how much work I put into my vehicle and treated both me and my car with respect. Incredibly grateful for the team helping me out on this job before driving cross country from California to Georgia.”

I appreciate the work ethic. Mechanic work is a gift so I'm glad he's around to help in Fountain Valley. We've gotten full set of tires, brakes, both front and back as needed, alignment, alternator, shocks, power streering fluid change and more last few years. “2 year old tire got damaged on a long trip had to replace it to get home. They visually inspected the tire and made the call to cover it. Guess I was lucky they pulled it right in and replaced it.”
