“I had call to change appointment. But it wasn't put in the system. Doug was amazing and he fit me in. Their service is great. And they always wash my car. I recommend them 👌 👍 👏”
“Sincere friendly reasonable repairs. Had the wrong shocks installed from some confusion with the model of the truck. They corrected with the right shocks at no cost.”
“It’s been outstanding having Ben work on my bike. Every time it’s come back I feel like it’s purring. Ben’s does great work- he’s careful and efficient, and he’s an outstanding communicator. I leave feeling like I know what he did and why, what might be coming over the horizon in terms of issues of scheduled maintenance, and things I can do keep it running smoother longer. Ben and Nikya are great to work with. Absolutely recommend!”
“Just had some new tires installed, these guys are like a pit crew ! In and out under 30 minutes..been here a few times and still get the best service.
No need to go anywhere else, let these guys take care of you.!”
“Got my exhaust pipe fixed here, I had a secondary cat delete clamp pipe that came apart. Thank you Roberto for welding a pipe, and making it look so much better. Everything worked out great! I would recommend going here for any exhaust work/fix”
“These guys were great! They did the job quickly and were patient when I was having debit card processing issues (I had to call my bank). They also charged 60% less than the quote that I had received from Safelite.”

“This is an awesome repair shop. We went in to do a pre-purchase inspection for an SUV we were looking at and Hilda and her team were A#1 in getting us in and out with a thorough and comprehensive report. I mean, they went through that car like a jealous girlfriend going through her boyfriend's unlocked phone. I...mean....thorough. Even more helpful was the help given to us in filling out the title transfer paperwork. Not their job, but they know a thing or two being in the business so long. I give Patino a big thumbs up.”

“Great experience at Henry's!
I went in around noon on a Tuesday with a power window issue. They were able to get me in right away! I thought I would have to make an appt and come back. Angie at the front desk was really nice and accommodating! The gentleman who worked on my car was very nice and professional as well. They explained everything to me clearly, including how much it would cost, which I found to be very reasonable. It seems they do everything from oil changes to major repairs. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for fair pricing and great work!”

“Since my first time needing Rolf's the service, time, and completed work has been stellar! Juan is a delight to work with and is very accommodating. I've been back multiple times since and will be a returning customer for my next bodywork needs.”
“I recently moved to the Watsonville area and was struggling to find a reasonably priced, reliable mechanic. On the recommendation of a friend, I tried Wally's shop and I'm so glad I did! My old Hyundai received an oil change and smog in about an hour, while I enjoyed a lovely conversation. Bonus, very clean bathroom!”

“Stephen, was awesome! I had flat tire on a motorcycle. All the tire shops would not touch it . I had never put a plug in before and needed some help to get home safely. A tire shop said go to California Collision, and Stephon fixed the flat free of charge quickly and professionally. Thank you Stephen!”
“I had a great experience at Cruz Group Auto Shop. The team replaced my spark plugs and ignition coil and also did an oil change, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. They clearly explained what needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated.
My car runs noticeably smoother now, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. If you’re looking for an honest and reliable place for car maintenance or repairs, I’d definitely recommend Cruz Group Auto Shop.”
