Using a cadre of fully screened and trained volunteers and skilled staff, LIFE offers low-to-no-cost personalized services that help older adults stay connected to health, resources & community.
Our direct service programs offer a community-supported option for healthy, independent aging. Meals On Wheels delivers nutritious mid-day meals, Friendly Visitors provides caring companionship, Fall Prevention make home environments safer for seniors, and Transportation provides rides and destination assistance for medical appointments and other essential errands. For those with more complex needs, we also offer Care Coordination.
