Our projector died after 2 years (1000 bulb hours) of use. We spent almost $1400 on it. Hopefully their repair service is reasonable....

Very disappointed by reliability and service. Projector died just after the warranty period. RMA is 650$ and the part is not available and they could not tell me when it would be.So basically I'm stuck with an unfixable 1500$ piece of plastic garbage now.

There is a 90 day manufacturer warranty. However the refurbished item is not reliable. I bought one and regret it. Fan is dead after 40 days, so no return to the reseller.I had to contact Optoma and they would not provide free shipping label.
