Trying to Track loads and haven't got an answer in hours when it is passed pick up appointment.

5 hours for a 9 pallets partial load and they told us they don't know where is the load, they have nothing to load us. this warehouse is a JOKE!

I actually WATCHED THEM fill up their diesel trucks by lifting the big barrel with a forklift and spilling the diesel ALL over the place and getting most of the barrel all over the road instead of the hole of the fuel tank...I can only imagine how well they to treat the cargo...
