“If you are looking for a reliable company to ship your belongings, look no further. We used the Packaging Store twice. We had the items shipped from Santa Barbara, California to Portland, Oregon. The shipment included furniture, paintings, wood carvings and many other items. A 70 year old had carved wooden screen had to be handled with care to protect it, and it arrived in perfect condition. Charlie went out of his way to be helpful, and would immediately return my calls or text messages and answer all my question. I would not hesitate to used this company again, and highly recommend their services.”

“The location is smaller than some, but is well stocked. I've never had a problem getting the service or bits that I went in for. But that's not why I'm writing this review.There's one employee at this location who always struck me as looking kind of unhappy, or disinterested. My wife recently had to do something late on a Friday night for a weekend work event, and let me tell you, this employee was AMAZING. My wife had a complicated thing to do, with a bunch of copies to make, and every step of the way, he helped her figure out solutions to problems, and offered better ways of doing what she needed. The printer jammed no fewer than 3 times, and he unjammed it without a complaint. (If it were me, I would have been swearing.) My wife gave him plenty of opportunities to choose easier paths or just not do more, but he really pulled through. He even found ways of reducing the costs. Now I'm ashamed I ever mistook his demeanor for disinterest. He's great.”

“My go-to spot for Amazon returns and shipping. The team has always been nice to me. Sometimes they do get busy, but I just come back another time. No biggie. That's not even their fault. I've never seen them under-staffed (every check out has someone), everyone seems to know what they're doing, and they seem to treat their employees good for a shipping job.”

“Me and my roommate had to ship a very big couch and frankly, the FedEx staff did not have to help us out at all. Instead, they went way out of their way to completely transform our package to make it transportable and spent so much of their valuable time and energy just to help us out. I would recommend this shipment center to everybody and would personally like to thank Alex and Rita for their immense help.”

“ITS BUSY, BUT GETS THE JOB DONE!The staff are nice....especially Christian, who always greets me with a smile and kind words. They have diverse services, such as: Packing/shipping/Amazon returns/P.O. Boxes/Notary. The line can form quickly, but staff moves efficiently, so the wait is never too long. They sell some cute birthday and special occasion cards, as well as shipping supplies for those more inclines for do-it-yourself. Parking is abundant right out front and the store is air conditioned and comfortable.”

“Today I had to send back a return. I did not have to wait. I was greeted and the employee in training was very nice. They had items for purchase to help with shipping. The service was top notch. I think the best I have experienced at a fedex.”

“I had a good experience mailing packages today. It’s a week before Christmas, there were two staff at the counter, the line was short. Efrain was helpful in suggesting a cheaper flat rate mailer for my package which I appreciated!”

“Yes it is a chain but truly they have become super efficient. I love that I can order office supplies online via their website and pick it up within a few hours. I went through this process with a new desk chair recently. They had a killer sale going on for office equipment. I also used a coupon code on top of the sale. All in all, I saved 50%; over $110! Best part is I didn't have to pay for shipping and handling since they had it in stock. Even better, I earned Staples Rewards from purchase too!I received an email when my product was ready for pick up--literally within an hour versus the quoted two hours. I used one of the online order spots in the front of the parking lot, went inside, and provided them a barcode on my phone. An employee carried the chair out to my car (not allowing me to help!) and put it in my car's trunk. I was on my way in a matter of 10 minutes! Talk about customer service!Also remember that you can recycle and earn credit by recycling your used ink cartridges here. I also find their printing center to be helpful.Until next time, Staples!”

“Omaari, in the print shop, offered top notch service! I was stunned that he consistently went out of his way to help me when I was really struggling to get some invitations printed. The print machine quality needs to be improved at Staples (or they should NOT offer it as a service) but at least the customer service is good. The images were too grainy and dark to use, so we did not complete the purchase, but Omaari did everything he could to fix our issue. Get better machines and promote Omaari so you can stay in business!”
