“Super fast and friendly service! I believe the person who helped me with getting a document notarized was Lisa, and she was awesome! She was so kind and made the process easy. Please give her the recognition she deserves!”
“Easy online to use. Store staff at Goleta store are really helpful and supportive when I am there. It's worth it to drive from SB to Goleta for quality service. Roberta is wonderful”
“Easy and free parking. Staff very helpful. I am not able to carry packages over 10 lbs (Dr.'s orders) and when I go into the store to ask for help, I always get a smile and a hand.”
“My favourite Fedex location ever. Rita, you are an angel fell from heaven.
She is always helpful with a smiling face and goes above and beyond to take care of you.
A+++”
“This is not located where it says it is. It is actually right on Cremona and one of the entrances to the tech park. I almost missed it after driving around the parking lot a few times.”
“Today I had to send back a return. I did not have to wait. I was greeted and the employee in training was very nice. They had items for purchase to help with shipping. The service was top notch. I think the best I have experienced at a fedex.”
“Usual staff person (fellow) is SOOOO HELPFUL and pleasant. Great employee but quiet - however knows how to make things easier!!!!
Manager is nice also - great customer service!!”
“Beginner shipper here. And I’ve had the best experiences shipping here. When I first started the main guy there helped gave me tips and even told me materials I should use next time. 10/10”

“If you are looking for a reliable company to ship your belongings, look no further. We used the Packaging Store twice. We had the items shipped from Santa Barbara, California to Portland, Oregon. The shipment included furniture, paintings, wood carvings and many other items. A 70 year old had carved wooden screen had to be handled with care to protect it, and it arrived in perfect condition. Charlie went out of his way to be helpful, and would immediately return my calls or text messages and answer all my question. I would not hesitate to used this company again, and highly recommend their services.”
