I've been going to rancho family medical for 15 years love all the docs and locations and the care I receive

I like the doctors, but I typically have to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment. I could die before then. Half the time they push me off to an assistant and I don't get to see the doctor.

Dr. Steven Ching and anyone in this medical group is so stuck on themselves but they really are incompetent fools. Office staff is horrible as well.
