“Pete and his team did amazing. I took my car in because I was in an accident. First accident ever to be precise and my car took some damage and Pete went above and beyond to take care of it. Not only did he go above and beyond but he made sure to keep me up to date throughout the entire process. Called me and texted me every step of the way. What I appreciated the most was how much patience and kindness he had to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. If I had questions about my insurance he would take it upon himself to handle it and talk and work with my insurance himself. He never made empty promises. He made the entire process so easy and smooth for me and made sure to keep his word. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and person to have worked with after being in an accident for the first time. Truly grateful to have had someone so amazing like Pete and his team. They were all so friendly easygoing and welcoming. Highly recommend! 10/10 no questions asked.”

I was getting quotes everywhere for a full windshield replacement, but Carlos was honest and told me I didn’t need one yet and that they could repair the crack instead. I really appreciated him looking out for me as a customer rather than just trying to make more money.

“Pass Auto Glass was able to come directly to my driveway the same week that I sent in an online request for replacement windshield (including sensors). Their quote was reasonable and the repairman was very clear about possible need for replacement molding and any additional costs.
