“I’ve had to euthanize 3 of my pets thru out my life. It’s one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced as an animal lover. My most recent time was not even 3 weeks ago - Nov 15 2023. I’ve gone to 3 different places for this service and even more places for regular vet appointments. I feel my experience here at Highland Village Pet Hospital should be shared since I’m able to compare it to other pet hospitals. I’m pretty neutral on the other places. They provided a service and it wasn’t bad. But HVPH stands out to me as the best pet hospital around bc of how completely and extremely compassionate, caring and gentle they were with me and my cat. My 15 yo cat that I had since she was an itty bitty bobble head kitten was suffering and it was time to say goodbye. Everyone in the HVPH was soooo amazing. Just the best of the best, from the actual Dr to all of the staff. I’m forever grateful and appreciative for their sweet soft caring voices and them immediately fitting me in bc I was an emergency situation n didn’t have an appointment. And one of my most favorite memories I’ll always treasure is watching the dr’s hands have the most gentlest touch I’ve ever seen with an animal. He was so extraordinarily gentle and so poised and so calm the whole time. It brings tears to my eyes everytime bc I couldn’t have asked for a more caring Dr during this horrible time. He even gave me a hug. The staff explained everything so sweetly to me. Gave me all the time I needed. And even made an ink print of her paw and wrote the sweetest note from everyone at the HVPH. They did everything that any pet hospital would / should do but it was at such an exceptional level. They truly set the bar for every other pet hospital with how incredible they were with me and my foxy girl.I’ve had many appointments at HVPH over the years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Appointments dont always stay on time but I don’t fault them for that bc they’re only running behind bc they’re giving every animal the care it deserves. The dr’s gentle touch with my baby and watching him talk so sweetly to her, letting her know she doesn’t have to fear him is what stands out the most for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Come to this place to P/U a load twice this week been a great experiences. From the security guard to the staff i dealt with at shipping is great. Despite the current event with Covid-19 the procedures been easy. You have to drop the trailer as part of their security protocol. “my wife and I have been coming to this place for over ten years we bring our pets for their vaccinations prices are very affordable for all services weve had our pets spayed and nudered also our multipoo likes to escape and gets foxtail in his ear we brought him in and they took care of him. yes he needed to come back a few days later as they weren't available but they give you info on other places you could go that cost way more sp the choice is yours wait or pay a fortune...they give thorough explanation of care and no hidden cost and though some may complain about the ladies up front we've never experienced any attitudes but ive seen plenty of other clients with attitudes lol. it's a little spot with alot of transients around the area. they've taken really good care of our extended family (pets)and they are very knowledgeable. parking is a bit crazy and on days they have reduced vaccines its crazy busy. they don't answer the phones I can only assume it's because of the high volume of patients. highly recommend this place .”

A few months back, my friend's dog got shot in the face by San Bernardino Police for NO other reason than to kill the dog , which was tied up !! Animal control came to pick up the animal and that wonderful dog was still alive and fighting hard to stay that way !! The animal control brought her here and they did miracles for her !! My friend had several other dogs and the only way she would be able to still see her was if i adopted her, which I did. However, both my friend and I are both out of work and couldn't afford all the cost of her care. These wonderful people understood the whole situation and truly care about animals and worked with me on the cost of her care !! I am very happy to say that me and my friend's dog has healed beautifully and is a very happy and lucky dog to be alive thanks totally to this wonderful and caring Veterinarian!!! “Absolutely amazing! I took my dog to Banfield after the first veterinarian office I visited after waiting for about an hour told me they weren't going to take her in. I was really upset. I called Banfield and they had appointments same day I took her in and they took care of our baby Rosie. She was really sick. It turns out she has pancreatitis and a little heart murmur. The first photo is the day I took her and she looks so sad and was heartbreaking. The second photo is her follow-up appointment. She's back to being her happy self. Although she may not care for her new diet, she's doing much better and we're happy. Banfield has a phenomenal staff knowledgeable and caring! Thank you to the staff at the San Bernardino Banfield hospital.”

“My dog likes the dr. The prices are a bit high but when you're taking your furbaby to see a dr and she actually wags her tail it says a lot. The prices should be close to other vets prices. Other than that it's a nice place. My dog loves Dr Kim. The staff is always so helpful. People know this is the place to go... we were talking in the dog park and 3 people said they won't take thier dogs anywhere else. I feel the same way.”

“I moved out of the area...and couldn't find an acceptable replacement, so I still drive two cats and two dogs back to Animal Care Wellness Center. They are worth the drive. On top of being excellent in medicine, the staff are all very personable and they get to know the families that they work with. Due to Covid, it appears they're struggling to staff the hospital as full as they used to, but I feel like they're doing their best, and I try to remain patient, because good care is worth it. My cats and dogs have been going to this facility for over 20yrs, now.”
“I called at 1:30 to see if they could see my kitty today. The doctor answered the phone and said they could see him at 5:30 ? Staff was super friendly. There wasn't much of a wait. You could tell the doctor cares about animals. Prices are affordable. Been going there for over ten years. I would recommend.”
