“I can't thank the dr and staff at Highland pet village enough! My girl Gia required 2 surgeries. We had complications after surgery which required specialized care. After 2 weeks Gia has been given a clean bill of health. Jasmin (nurse) i thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love and care you showed our girl, even coming in on your only day off. “Dr. Popp and the East Valley Pet Hospital staff were professional and efficiently processed our walk-in status with a seriously ill short haired cat. I appreciated the swiftness of their staff shuffling us into an examination room for initial evaluation of Molly's health: weight, temperature, and current medical issues. Examinations were being administered while I filled out initial visit information sheet. Molly was taken to back rooms for blood draws, urine sample, and x-rays. We were out of the hospital in record time with referral to emergency facility in Ontario for next step of evaluations with equipment and resources that East Valley did not have,”
“We saw Dr. Dusenberry and Dr. Blanchard on two separate visits. Both were knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and showed genuine care for our 8 year old dog. I appreciated being able to talk about the treatment plan particularly what we needed didn’t need and why. On top of that, the staff were responsive and helpful when I needed to ask for his vaccination record and clarification with his flea medication. Highly recommend. “The Dr was fast and professional! The front office is small but they move quickly! Dr. Recognized my puppy I adopted from Devore shelter! He said I've seen this one before I spayed her those are my stitches! Anyhow my visit was quick and Dr pulled my Daisy's Stitches and some vaccines, no extra charges or add on's! Thank you Dr! Front desk girls are sweet!”

When my dog, Maple, passed away, the staff mailed me a handwritten letter signed by all the staff. It had my husband and I in tears as she was my soul dog. Unfortunately, there was nothing anyone could do to save her. But in the time she was alive, I had full faith that she was in great hands. The vet also had a dog with Cushings Disease so she understood the complexities.
I have a very difficult senior rescue dog, Bobby, that came to me traumatized. Not only does everyone treat him with love and care, but he even has a favorite vet tech, Lyna. I love seeing Melanie too! She always makes us feel comfortable. They're also the ONLY people that he will allow to trim his nails.
I trust them not only with my pack, but I also bring some of the dogs I rescue here too.”

She got the procedure scheduled within less than a week and she quoted me a price within my budget. “My wife's family has been using Dr. DiCarlo for 20+ years, this is a trustworthy vet that will care for your pet compassionately, honestly, and without gouging you on price.
Our dog was having seizures, and even though the price seemed expensive, Dr. DiCarlo treated our pet quickly and effectively, and now we have a 13 year old dog who hasn't had any seizures in 6 years thanks to the team at Animal Care Wellness Center.
When I later compared with a friend who took their pet to Banfield for seizures, the price was triple what I had paid.
Keep in mind this is NOT an animal hospital, they do not work as an emergency service. They also treat reptiles, birds, and other exotic pets as well which is always fun to see in the waiting room.”

“At 1 am we had to make the hardest decision, as a pet owner we ever had to make. We knew it was time to take our precious dog in, because we could not let him suffer and wait until the morning for his normal vet to open. We called around and decided to go here. Everyone at this place was great. Our dog could not walk and they brought out a stretcher to wheel him in. Everything was explained to us, step by step on what would happened and we were told we could take as much time as needed to say goodbye. We were taken a beautiful room with nice decor and dim lights. It just made it seem more like home instead of a cold examination room. When they brought out our dog he was still on the stretcher but had been placed over a nice blanket and he had a blanket on him. We took our time saying our goodbyes and no one rushed us. Even the vet talked to him and reassured us for various reasons we already knew we were making the right decision. Obviously, we left heartbroken but happy that the staff was so caring. Two weeks later we received this hand written card from the staff with his name inside. It just a small little token that made our experience here a great one.”

“Amazing experience, lovely staff who prioritize our pets safety and health.
You do have to email them instead of call, but they get back to you relatively fast, appointments are quick and easy to schedule. Wait isnt too bad, if youre doing a neutering/spay, expect to drop them off in the morning and receive them midday.
Its a bit nerve racking, but your pet is in SAFE hands !!”
“I was referred to this doctor by a good friend of mine. I called. I explained to the doctor my dog symptoms and she told me how to fix them over the phone At no charge. A few months later, I called and told her my dog might have an ear infection and she told me what to do over the phone. Most doctors would’ve told you to make an appointment which I did come in. It’s only $30. But I felt it was worth her knowledge”

“Alapalm is amazing! All of the staff is extremely caring! They got my kitty girl in quick for a leg amputation due to cancer and she is doing amazing already! The sutures are inside so we dont have to go back to get them removed and the incision sight looks amazing and shes healing so well!! She's already walking by herself and was trying to 3 hours after she got home. Thank you alapalm for saving my baby girls life and giving me more time with her. 10/10 I will reccomend everyone I know to come here if you want your baby taken care of 🫶🏼💜”
