This place is a literal joke. Way too expensive. Homeless sleep in the lobby. The residents that live here complain about everything and you will always get a note from the front office about some bullshit.

Moved in a few weeks ago and needed a few minor fixes to be done. After requesting maintenance, Juan and David came on time, were listening and understanding and got things done quickly. I’m highly satisfied.

Building is very nice although the security situation is terrible. My car has been broken into twice within 4 months. I often see tweakers roaming the parking garage pulling handles on cars, management has been contacted multiple times but seems to do nothing about it. This is a great place to live if you want your car...
