“Chubb has exceeded expectations. We bought a new house, and decided, based on friend’s experience, to insure both the new house as well as the old, with Chubb. Unbeknownst to us, the new house had a plumbing leak with the dishwasher just after we moved in. By the time we realized (after a subfloor leak), the kitchen was a demo job. Chubb has been awesome, from the initial response (we had 3 people calling to help us in the first 8 hours after the issue reported), and then the assistance of our assigned agent - Michael Fairley (who I hope gets paid more based on this - he deserves it) - was amazing. They say the true measure of an insurance company is when you have a loss - and Chubb delivered. Payments were made promptly and without issue - they were quick to pay and helpful to an extreme. No arguments, no negotiating to make things cheaper for them.We did pay a small premium to insure with Chubb. Very much worth it. They were truly there for us when we had a loss.Great company. Thoroughly recommend.”
