Pedro and his staff treated me like gold. From what I witnessed IVBB treated their customers with prompt service no matter what. I bought an Aventon Pace 500 next generation. Completely satisfied with product. Pricing was very good, dissuaded me from on line purchase.

I was on a 360 mile bike tour down the coast when I flatted nearby. Since it was a cut in the tire I needed to replace the tire. The team at Isla Vista Bicycles got me repaired in no time so I was able to catch up to my buddies on the road. Thank you Isla Vista Bicycles!

I've had to come here twice in the last week and the rates have been reasonable and service great. I needed my lock lubed because the storm had caused rust (I think) and they did it for free. Will come here again when I need to.
