Would like to say staff very friendly. Very knowledgeable about their ?. Recently I'm fostering a small puppy he's doing pretty well. I'm very glad I found him ?. Anyways this is a good dog shelter. Especially if you're trying to find a good companion. Recommend !!

LOTS of dogs needing homes here, staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to do a same day adoption for our girl, who ended up having a respiratory infection (although I'm sure this is common for shelter environments). The adoption process was quick and easy, we are so so happy to have her join our family!!

We used the clinic services to euthanize our sick 12 year old chihuahua mix. The female vet, calmly and kindly, examined the dog to see if they could accept it. She and the employee at the desk were very compassionate when the vet acknowledged that it was time. They made a very difficult experience easier for us.

Riverside County Animal Services operates three shelters. The shelter in Jurupa Valley is the largest of our three open facilities. We provide examinations and veterinary care for all stray animals. A large team of animal control officers handle emergency calls and routine activities in unincorporated county areas and within those cities contracting for such services (including Eastvale, Riverside, Jurupa Valley and most of the Coachella Valley-based cities).
