Over tighten oil filter which caused a oil leak. I losted allnmy oil on the highway and need a tow.

Had to change my rating. A month after going to Jiffy Lube my car wound up at the dealer. Turns out the fluid levels they claimed to "top off" were practically empty. Disappointing...and expensive to fix.

Quick and easy, very helpful. The guys always do a thorough job around here so unless you have a day to day mechanic I would say this is a great place to get a quick oil change done.

Morgan was really helpful and they knew what they were doing. Even cleaned out the windshield washer that other mechanics told me needed a full replacement to fix!
