“Took my dog here a few times when I had just got her as a puppy years ago to get her shots, neutered, etc. after having a really bad experience at another local vet. I felt very uncomfortable based on a few things that occurred leaving me to not trust the vet there so I got my records from them and immediately decided to take her here instead. My experience was amazing every time and it was half the price of what the other vet was trying to charge as they also claimed she had something wrong with her without running any tests (she didn't and they were just basing things off of a google search in-front of me which is what made me feel very unsettled). I ended up moving out of the area for a few years, but recently moved back and my dog had symptoms of a UTI so I decided to come back here yesterday. Once again, another great experience and this will definitely be my go-to vet. They were all absolutely great with my dog (she absolutely loved it there) and I like that they're very upfront about how much everything will cost without trying to get you to buy things that aren't necessary like other vets I've been to. They've also renovated since last time I was here years ago, looks great!”

“Update 02/16/2024: (changing 1 star to 5 star) I got a text from Rosey. The business phone system has been down and sometimes work for more than 2 weeks now. And PetDesk doesn't work if you are a new customer. Unfortunately, my account has my daughter's phone and my appointment won't link. I finally got a new appointment and will be heading there in a few weeks.From my past experience, their veterinarians are all nice and easy to communicate with. My current dog is very happy with this place. they offer neuter/spay, vaccines and also have Xray and other pet services. They also sell dog food, I believe it's all Hill Science diet.02/15/2024I currently take my dog here and want to make an appt. Using PetDesk, I never get a confirmation. I called their number and left multiple messages and no one ever called me back.I have anew dog I wan to take here but the way their customer service works, I'll just go somewhere else.”

I called first, and the front desk staff was extremely sympathetic and let me know they would be able to accommodate me. Dr. Jeff his associate is also excellent!!My little adorable furry baby girl Butters, got sick on Friday morning before the Labor Day holiday. I was soooooo worried, that I wouldn't be able to get her help before the weekend. I called the office and they immediately took action to get us in!! After a quick check, we were given some medicine and we were on our way. They followed up with the test results on Tuesday, and gratefully, Butters is doing great once again!!You need to get on a wait list for the first visit, to establish your pet as a patient. Once you do that, you're pet will be treated like a VIP!!Be prepared because, they don't take credit cards, only checks or cash. Other than that, they're are great!!”
