She was absolutely incredible! She gave me all the time I needed over multiple telephone conversations.
She seemed very engaged in finding out exactly what I needed in finding the perfect company for me and my grandson bread turns hard if you microwave it too long so maybe maybe start with 15 seconds you’re doing a whole bagel or half start with 20 seconds and test it before you dop. She did the research on what our dental issues were to provide us with the best Plan to cover their costs.
I could absolutely not recommend anyone any any higher than I do Justina at Good & Associates, Insurance Brokers. I’m recommending her to all of my family members and friends who need to research insurance. I know they will be in the best hands possible with her..

“I needed an out-of-state travel trailer title transferred to a California title and needed to have the VIN verified. I found Good Faith through the DMV website and gave them a call for availability. To my surprise, they were able to take me that same day within a few minutes so I headed down with my trailer.There were some complications with the out-of-state title, but Faith said she would try and get it sorted out and to check in a few days later; I was also provided with a temporary permit so we were able to take our trailer out for the weekend. A few days later, they had a plate for me but the DMV had made an error on the registration so they needed to get that corrected and the DMV would mail me the corrected registration, but at least I now had a plate and some paperwork to get me on the road.I received my CA title a few days later but the registration never came. I checked in with Good Faith and they asked me to come in and they'd get me settled. Sure enough, I went in and they were able to provide me with the registration and tags.Although the process took a few days in total due to NV and CA DMV mix-ups, Good Faith took care of everything along the way without me ever having to step into a DMV or wait in lines.”

“Dealing with a loved one's death is already difficult enough but then having to handle different items after the fact takes another toll, I had to handle a few DMV related items for my loved one and the staff member that helped Yesenia was very nice, professional, patient and helpful.
While I was being helped they were very busy and had an elderly gentleman come in that was a bit hostile and loud and the staff handled the situation very gently and professionally. Very nice office, they offer a variety of services and the staff was great.”
