Came here and used their facilities twice (day passes) while I was vacationing nearby. Excellent facility - as everyone mentions. You'll be rubbing shoulders with the friendly locals. Highly recommended if you want to stay on track while traveling. If you're local, you probably already know this place
We are open 24 hours. The hours shown on our schedule are staffed hours. If you are over 18, you have access 24/7.
Staffing is during peak hours. Under 18 may only attend during staffed hours. (M-F: 6:30am-12pm, 4pm-8pm) (Saturday: 8am-2pm and Sunday 8am-12pm)
Amazing, local gym with air conditioning, Cable based, Freemotion equipment which is best in class, Treadmills, Ellipticals, and bikes. Our free weights consist of dumbbells from 2-100lbs, EZ curl bars, and fully adjustable benches. If you are looking for a great culture and great personalities, Laguna Health Club is for you. Big box...we are not.
