“I was very impressed with the service. I took my car in for an oil change. I was helped immediately. They changed the oil and checked the rest of the fluids and changed the air filters, which really needed to be changed, and I was out in, about 10 minutes. Will definitely go back.”

“Chris, the owner, is a good communicator. First he made an appointment with me so I could get in and out relatively quick, which at the dealer, I have to sit over 1 hour. Chris promptly met me at the scheduled appointment time. It was my intermediate service on my Prius, e.g., fluids, tires. He explained the tire pressure was down on all 4 due to weather. Price was certainly reasonable -- much more than my Toyota Dealer -- Chris was about 40% less. I highly recommend Finishline -- friendly and ethical owner. “I failed to see on my DMV renewal that I needed a smog check in order to get my 2024 tags so I had to get my car smog check ASAP. At first the person who helped me was a little gruff but it was early in the morning the day after Thanksgiving and he quickly warmed up. What impressed me the most is the time it took to get in and out of there. He got right down to business and I don't even think I was there 15 minutes. The other thing I liked is that I told him I had a coupon and he didn't even have to look at it before giving me the discount. At the place I went to last time I needed the smog check, the guy fought with me because I didn't print out and bring the coupon with me. I refused to pay without the discount and he finally caved, but nobody wants that experience. This experience was great in comparison and I not only recommend this place but will be back when it is time to get the smog check again.”

“Recently I've felt like "I need to start writing more 3 or 4 star reviews, to show balance", but my experience at Tony's is NOT one where I'm going to start. When you find a mechanic that is not only knowledgable and has solid work ethic, but shows EMPATHY? Yeah, that's one you hold on to. Tony and his wife Susan were incredibly kind to me, even when my first time there I was not as patient due to the stress of the situation that I brought to THEIR door step. But after a month and a half and 3 or 4 positive experiences, I can honestly say this is a great place to bring your car when you are up the proverbial automotive creek without a paddle. They will take care of you. It may not look exactly as you had expected, but that's their job. To explain the reality, point out your options, and do a thorough job, while not making you feel like the less then mechanically inclined individual many of us are. Will be back. For sure.”

I arrived with a brake problem. and I was billed $170 to diagnose and find the cause of the problem. when the master got behind the wheel and drove away. the car repaired itself. I still haven’t figured out how. but the master wanted to continue the inspection. I refused. the guys wasted their time on me and didn’t take my money. I am thankful. it's fair of them. and honestly where is it worth going there ?”
