“This location is fine and generally has all items in stock however there is a middle aged Indian woman who is always working the register and she is TERRIBLE at her job. She has a bad attitude, is uneducated on her position, and consistently manages to piss someone off almost every time I'm in here. She never offers a bag, doesn't know the deals on the items and specials in the store so she messes up simple transactions, has a rude attitude, and always has a glare on her face. She either needs more training or needs to be moved to back stock where she isn't in contact with the public; every time I leave and she rings me up I'm in a worse mood then I was when entering. UPDATE: looks like someone took the time to train and help her because I just visited and she was so much nicer and knowledgable so I'm now much keener to visit! She's doing well and this location had what me and my friends were looking for. Very clean inside as well.”

Sara (she's not there now), Nolan - former manager who is now assigned to a different branch, Nazish and Coleen - they are all always smiling tho you can tell they're tired. Polite, knowledgeable and most importantly very professional and discreet. Love to bank here even tho they are inside the supermarket which in itself a separate pros & cons,.. often pros for me.”

“We have banked at BofA for many years, and today, I had an appointment to complete a transaction at 2 p.m. I arrived early and was greeted by one of the managers and explained that I was in the area and was early for my 2 p.m. with Natalie Hernandez, Relationship Manager. I asked if it was okay if I sat in the lounge area until she was ready for me, and he replied, absolutely. Much to my surprise, Natalie Hernandez came and greeted me within minutes, introduced herself, and led me to her office. I must say Natalie has stellar customer service skills and is quite versed in her duties and responsibilities, but there was something else I must share. Natalie was quite personable and a pleasure to speak with while she completed my transaction. I was blessed to have met Natalie, and I shared some stories about my wife, children, and family, and we even spoke of some tasty restaurants, etc. Natalie is the proud mom of a 9 year old son, and we spoke of what a wonderful age that is and also about family values, etc. Keep in mind that this was all while Natalie processed my transaction. This authentic and caring trait is so refreshing in a young person who loves her job, career, and her family and strives to deliver the best in customer service for her customers.I highly recommend Bank of America on Lake Forest and stop by and see Natalie as she is the type of employee that any company would compete to get on their team! Authentic, knowledgeable, caring, and skilled!!!Thank you”
