“I had a grateful and great experience all the way around with Penske and Penske at Lakewood Home Depot. . At first I got quoted wrong size truck for what I was towing across country. ( needed a truck with more towing capacity for my vehicle.) New quote was almost 4500$ over original quote. The agent who confirmed my reservation adjusted the price fairly and I am grateful she did. The kid that was helping me hook up car hauler noticed the receiver end of trailer was bent and made sure I got a different trailer and was concerned about Safty and me possibly being responsible for damage when I returned that particular trailer. No doubt in my mind I would go with Penske again. The agents and staff are where great.”
